Our 2025 Gala, set sail into uncharted waters as the entire Terminal City Club transformed into a dazzling Cruise Ship on the high seas! Prepare to be amazed with a wide variety of unique aerial, ground acrobatic performances, and mesmerizing wine fairies from Blink Acro. Our sensational live singers, got everyone on the dance floor, and there was so much more enjoyed! It’s an evening packed with thrilling entertainment and unforgettable moments.
Our spectacular silent auction, was super successful where attended bid on exclusive items while cruising through an ocean of opportunities!

Raising the Bar Award Recipient
Kasondra Herrendorf Cohen is a Vancouver-born, third-generation philanthropist dedicated to supporting youth and their communities. In 2009, following her personal experiences with learning disabilities, Kasondra created an endowment, and ultimately founded the Face of Today Foundation (FOT), which addresses socio-economic barriers to education in Vancouver’s downtown eastside and neighboring areas.
In 2014, following the passing of her beloved father Hershel, Kasondra took over as CEO of the Herrendorf Family Foundation (HFF), with the mission to invest in strategic partnerships with global change leaders, and together, advocate for education, empowerment, and generational resilience. Under HFF’s We Got You program, youth are supported through access to Scholarships, Emergency Grants, Community, Charitable Partners, and MOM (Moms Offering More).
In 2019, FOT unveiled its first resource centre, which allowed for grassroots organizations to provide programming six days a week, while receiving funding by the foundation for wrap-around support including access to food, counseling, and academic support. The resource centre sees over 150 youth participate weekly in programs that encourage leadership, mentorship, and community engagement. In 2025, Face of Today was renamed The Landing Youth Centre, and is in the process of relocating to a brand-new building in partnership with the Herrendorf Family Foundation. The space is uniquely designed for better all-around support for youth.
With a 5-year-old daughter and now newborn twins, Kasondra’s role as a mother and advocate means the world to her. Being able to provide children the most out of life’s experiences is the goal of every parent. To know there are places like Zajac Ranch for Children and the Zajac family that are facilitating life-fulfilling opportunities to these beautiful children and their families is such an inspiration. Kasondra is proud to be a part of seeing the impact this organization has on the thousands of families it supports.
Kasondra remains a dedicated mother, philanthropist, and mentor in each jurisdiction her foundation touches, and looks to empower generational giving to support community resilience.
