This U40 initiative group is comprised of young, urban professionals determined to make an impact in the community. Zajac Nights features young professionals from all industries alongside established leaders and executives. The annual event is a key opportunity for attendees to have a great time while raising money for a great cause.

Ryder Davis

Director of Safety & Security at Heathrow Security

Ryder plays a key leadership role in the strategic development and delivery of security services across British Columbia and Alberta. His work has been instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint, including the recent acquisition of Missing Link Security — a move aimed at broadening service capabilities and adopting advanced technologies within the sector.

In addition to his leadership at Heathrow Security, Ryder is the co-owner of RWC Industries, a medical supply company that specializes in the rapid distribution of emergency medical equipment to underserved communities, particularly in First Nations regions. His commitment to improving safety and health infrastructure in remote areas reflects a broader mission to support vulnerable populations.

Ryder leads alongside Vice President of Operations Jamie Alderman and co-owner Caleb Nasadyk. Together, they manage cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across all operational fronts. Known for his composure under pressure and forward-thinking approach, Ryder has earned industry recognition for delivering reliable, innovative, and high-impact solutions in complex environments.

Ryder is excited to support Zajac Ranch as it is a meaningful cause that makes a real difference in the lives of children and families across BC.

Jennece Doman

Development, Westbank Corp. and Philanthropist

Jennece has been a dedicated philanthropist for many years, supporting organizations such as the Cowichan District Hospital Foundation, Face the World Foundation, BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, and the Heart & Stroke Foundation. She currently serves on the Vitality Gala Committee for the UBC & VGH Hospital Foundation.

Having studied design and marketing at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, Jennece’s passion for architecture and design led her to a career in development at Westbank, Canada’s leading mixed-use real estate developer, contributing to projects including Alberni by Kengo Kuma, The Butterfly, and Sen̓áḵw.

Jennece is proud to support the Zajac Foundation and its mission to provide life-changing summer camp experiences for children. She looks forward to continuing to make a meaningful impact in the community through her philanthropic work.

Project Manager, Frost Homes | Founder, Howe Sound Live Edge

Devin is the co-founder of Frost Brothers Construction, and now alongside his brother Jamie, is carrying forward the legacy of Frost Homes, blending quality craftsmanship with a modern, community focused approach. Raised around construction on Bowen Island, he brings a sharp eye for design and quality, as well as a deep respect for the entire process.

He’s also the founder of Frost Premium Woods, a custom milling and wood working company creating one-of-a-kind pieces salvaged from the grand trees British Columbia is blessed with. A true west coaster, Devin draws his creative inspiration from nature, and proudly supports Zajac Ranch in their mission to give all children access to outdoor adventure.

Chip Lyall Real Estate and Development

Chip Lyall is a distinguished figure in real estate development with a robust background in the field. After earning an undergraduate degree in Geography with a specialization in Urban Development from the University of Victoria, graduating with distinction, Chip spent five years as a Development Manager. During this time, he contributed to an array of projects including multi-phased townhouse sites, mixed-use commercial and residential towers, and expansive industrial developments.

In 2020, Chip founded Lyco Holdings Ltd., a real estate development and consulting firm, leveraging his extensive industry experience to lead his own company. He is currently involved in the development at the base of Red Mountain in British Columbia, bringing a visionary approach to this prime location. Passionate about every facet of real estate, Chip spends much of his time immersed in drawing sets and proformas.

Outside of his professional life, Chip is an enthusiastic outdoorsman. Whether it’s swimming in Howe Sound during Vancouver’s sunny months or snowboarding down the Blackcomb bowl in winter, Chip embraces the diverse Canadian landscape. A devoted advocate for accessible outdoor experiences, Chip supports the initiatives of Zajac Ranch, dedicated to ensuring that the great Canadian outdoors can be enjoyed by all.

Evan is a personal stylist based in Vancouver, known for his keen eye, personalized approach, and effortless ability to elevate wardrobes. With a background as one of Nordstrom’s top-selling personal stylists, Evan brings years of industry experience and a deep understanding of style, fit, and function to every client interaction.

Through his personalized closet editing services, Evan helps clients refine their style, streamline their wardrobes, and dress with confidence. He also owns and operates a curated second-hand designer apparel business, On Trend Luxury Consignment offering high-end clothing, handbags, and shoes with a focus on sustainability and timeless fashion.

When he’s not working with clients or sourcing standout pieces, Evan enjoys travelling the world, and spending quality time with family and friends. His warm, approachable nature and refined taste have made him a trusted style advisor for clients across the city.

Michael Lyall

Owner/ Operator 6-OH-4 clothing

Michael is the owner, creative director, and driving force behind 6-OH-4 Clothing. What began as a humble screen-printing setup in a shared living space has grown into a thriving custom textile printing business. Today, 6-OH-4 partners with individuals, local shops, breweries, and event organizers to create everything from small-batch custom apparel to large-scale merchandise productions. Proudly rooted in Vancouver, Michael is passionate about supporting local businesses, strengthening community connections, and helping reduce environmental impact through local production.

A graduate of the University of Victoria with degrees in Anthropology and Visual Arts, Michael began his career in Vancouver’s film industry before ultimately pursuing entrepreneurship full-time. His creative background, combined with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, has shaped 6-OH-4 into a brand known for both quality and community connection.

When he’s not designing, printing, or leading the day-to-day operations of the business, Michael can usually be found exploring new creative ideas, balancing art with entrepreneurship, and spending time with friends—often convincing them to model new apparel pieces for social media content.
